Description

The Powerscreen Fines Master 120 is a mobile or static sand recovery uit. It is a combination of already proven technology coupled with the latest methods of sand / fines recovery available on the market today. IT brings together on one chassis, twin bucket wheel, centrifugal slurry pump, twin hydro cyclones, collection tank, and 12x5 dewatering system. It can produce 1 or 2 grades of sand at a typical production of 120 T. P. H. It is designed to work in conjunction with the Powerscreen Washing range.

Features

  • High capacity twin bucket wheels with variable speed control (0 to 3.3 RPM), which recovers 80% of the product to the dewatering screen.
  • Specially designed inlet boxes, which reduce turbulence at entry to the bucket wheel tank.
  • Weir discharge system, which reduces the volume of fines entering the Cyclone collection tank.
  • Underflow rubber lined slurry pump.
  • 2off 15in, 380mm rubber lined hydro cyclones, which classify at approximately 75μmm discharging via an adjustable chute, which can allocate recovered material to either the course or fine product, split on the dewatering screen.
  • High frequency 12x5 dewatering screen fitted with 500μm polyurethane modular mats with a split deck to produce 1 or 2 grades of product.
  • Quick set up time.

Advantages

  • 96-98% recovery of all material above 75μm.
  • 100% recovery of all material above 150μm.
  • Compact, complete sand / fines recovery & dewatering in a single unit.
  • Major reduction in saleable material discharging to the ponds, thus reducing pond maintenance & saving money.
  • 1 or 2 grades of material produced.
  • Major reduction in moisture content of material. Typically 10-15%. Material is therefore ready for loading.
  • Mobile and static versions available.
  • Fifth wheel for road transport on mobile version.
  • Duel wheel, approved braking, single axle leaf spring suspension complete with air brakes on mobile version.
  • High capacity throughput, typically 120 TPH.
  • Heave-duty robust construction ideal for rugged operating environments.
  • Low maintenance.
  • All wear areas rubber lined.
